The Program


MindBody Boot Camp offers a holistic approach to health and wellness by including mindfulness practices that moves a person towards optimal health not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. The aim is to work on the inner self-balance while also working on transforming the outer self. Ultimately the GOAL is to manifest mens sana in corpora sano – “ a sound mind in a healthy body”.


The MindBody Boot camp offers an 8-week program designed with engaging mindfulness lessons to assist a person in moving towards optimal health. It is an integrated program consisting of flexibility, stretching, mindful movements and mental awareness conditioning.
