Spring is finally here! Are you ready for the shorts, bathing suit and sunglasses, or are you thinking what happened to that New Year’s resolution to lose those extra 10 or 20 pounds. No need to focus on the past – it’s time to design the next 2 months of your weight loss plan. You can move forward right now, right in this moment and with one single right choice today. Instead of thinking about the “what” you want to accomplish think about the “why” you want to accomplish your weight loss goal. My challenge to you is to write a personal mission statement on your “WHY” losing those extra few pounds is important to you. Sure, looking good is a great motivator but maybe there is something deeper like feeling better, engaging in daily life and of course looking in the mirror and loving who you see because you accomplished something you been wanting to achieve. What are your “whys”?
